Welcome to QrMyCar. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, QR-based vehicle identification system, and related services.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.

1. Description of Service

QrMyCar provides QR-based vehicle identification solutions that allow vehicle owners or housing societies to manage vehicle-related contact communication during situations such as parking issues or emergencies.

QrMyCar operates under two models:

• Individual Vehicle Owner Model
• Housing Society Model

2. Individual Vehicle Owner Model

Individual users who purchase QR stickers directly from QrMyCar are responsible for providing accurate and lawful information during registration.

• QR scans do not reveal the vehicle owner's phone number or personal details.
• Messages sent by scanners are anonymous.
• WhatsApp or Email alerts are sent only if the user has explicitly enabled notification settings.
• Users may disable notifications at any time.

3. Housing Society Model

In the society model, residential societies purchase QR stickers and upload resident and vehicle information onto the platform.

• The society acts as the data controller for resident information.
• The society is responsible for obtaining necessary consent from residents before uploading data.
• The society must ensure the data provided is accurate and lawful.
• QrMyCar acts solely as a technology platform and data processor.

Resident data in the society model is visible only to authenticated members of the same society and is not publicly accessible.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and updated information.
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
• Not misuse any information obtained through QR scans.
• Not use the platform for harassment, marketing, spamming, or illegal activities.
• Not attempt to bypass security or gain unauthorized access to data.

5. Anonymous Contact Feature

QrMyCar provides an anonymous contact mechanism. While we facilitate communication, we do not verify the identity of the person initiating contact and are not responsible for the content of messages exchanged.

6. Messaging and Notification Services

WhatsApp and Email notifications are optional features available to users who explicitly opt in. By enabling these features, you consent to receive service-related messages.

QrMyCar is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or technical issues caused by third-party messaging providers.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content, QR code infrastructure, branding, software, and design elements are the property of QrMyCar. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

QrMyCar provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We are not responsible for:

• Incorrect or outdated data uploaded by users or societies.
• Misuse of information by any user.
• Disputes between vehicle owners and third parties.
• Parking violations, fines, towing, or related incidents.
• Failure of notification delivery due to network or third-party issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QrMyCar shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity.

10. Modifications to Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
